I joined the Striders Walk to Run group in January 25 with the intention of strengthening my legs for a skiing holiday. I had no real intention of joining the club as “running wasn’t my thing “ . Seems I was wrong !

I completed the course and met some great people, then just kept on turning up every week, running, chatting, getting fitter and enjoying myself.

I decided I wanted to give something back to help support the committee members who work so hard so we can enjoy ourselves, so here I am.
