A “retired” football referee after 40 years service, 16 of those l served as an Assistant Referee on The Northern Premier League as well as refereeing locally.

Following an operation 25 years ago to remove an Acoustic Neuroma (google it) l lost my left side hearing and balance. If nothing had been done you wouldn’t be reading this!

Favourite race is Scarborough 10K, not a fan of cross country!
